Villa Bergström - a dream project
April: Our boys on a pile of broken cement blocks at our new property!
April: Planning....The red sticks mark the corners of our new home.
May: The trees are down. Hard work! We all have to dig in to collect the logs that are gonna turn in to firewood for the new fireplace.
v. 19: The Excavator preparing for the foundation. To the left there is a rock thats gonna make wonders with the new garden.
v.21: Piles of sand and a few very happy kids. Some how they imediatily started playing Star Wars, something about a sand planet...
v. 21: Sand is done, gravel next.
v. 21: Gravel and preparations for the foundation is done.
v. 23: The outline of the foundation is in place. For the first time we can see the actual size of our new house. Some how I wonder... Is it to small??
 
Mon v. 25: The pipes for the waste water were done before lunch, pipes for the cold water were in place before the day was over.
Tue v. 25: The final layer of insulation is in place, Jacob is a great helper as always.
Wed v. 25: The heated floor and the reinforsments is in place. Everything is ready for the concreat truck to arrive.
Thu v.25: It took 5 trucks filled with concrete to do the final touch on the foundation. 32 m2 all and all. The builders will take a well earned long midsummer weekend while the concrete sets. They have truly made a great job this week.
